1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
(International shipping can be enabled later if required.)

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000/-

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹80/- for orders below ₹1990/-
    (You can update charges based on your business model.)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier partner details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp

You can track your order until delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable).

7. Packaging

All products are packed with utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Delivered damaged

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.

9. Change of Address

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.
